What RolePacket is

RolePacket finds job postings that fit the profile you give us, scores them, and generates application materials (resumes, cover letters, briefs, interview prep and outreach notes) from your own information. It is a drafting and research tool. It does not submit applications, send messages or act on your behalf anywhere.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.

Your content

Everything you upload or write stays yours. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, including sending it to the AI providers that generate your documents. You are responsible for its accuracy: do not upload a resume with claims you cannot back up, because the tool will faithfully build on it.

Generated documents

Documents are drafts generated by a model from your material. Read them before you use them. We do our best to prevent invented facts, but you are the final check, and you own what you send. We make no promise that any application will lead to an interview or an offer.

Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Packet credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire. If a build fails on our side, the credit is returned. Prices can change with 30 days' notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use RolePacket to misrepresent who you are, to apply on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, to scrape or overload the service, or to violate the terms of any job board. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We aim for the service to be up all the time and tell you when it is not. It is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, to the extent the law allows.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We can close accounts that break these terms. Either way your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
