Refund policy

The free plan exists so you can see real output before you pay. Once you have, here is how refunds work.

Subscriptions

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have built 3 packets or fewer, email us and we refund the month in full. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We do not prorate partial months.

Top-ups

Unused top-up credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are not.

When something is our fault

A failed build returns its credit automatically. If a packet is unusable because of an error on our side (not because of what was in your profile), tell us within 7 days and we will rebuild it or return the credit, your choice.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
